Yoga Escapes

Imagine a week when you can leave behind stress and everyday worries and instead focus on your well-being. Our escapes offer you a chance to learn and practice yoga in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by good company, delicious food and engaging practice.

Both of these holidays are offered to students attending regular Iyengar yoga classes.

Every class was enlightening,  engaging and  uplifting and it was wonderful to learn so much more about the principles and practices of Iyengar yoga whilst making new friends and connections with likeminded people. I came home with a renewed sense of calm and motivation to improve my practice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for affirmation, guidance, rest and peace and lots of fun! ” Julie

I  have been a student at Zagyoga for a while now and used to look at the pictures from yoga retreats wondering what it would be like. One day Monica said, ‘just go for it’, so I booked, with a mix of excitement and fear. Before I went I didn’t have a regular home practice. I wasn’t even sure that I would be able to do 4 hours yoga a day but I knew I was going to try. When we got there, everything about it was inspiring, the teaching, the other students, the conversations, the place, the food and the beautiful studio. My body and mind learned and my practice got richer. Best was being with people that I would see again after the retreat and carry on learning with, even if we are in different classes. I still can’t kick up for headstand (yet) but I am doing a short practice most days and learning from that too. For anyone thinking about it, don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it and your yoga practice will thank you! Tracy
